Cogenhoe United St Ives' climb up the table was halted by a well organised Cogenhoe side. The visitors took a tenth minute lead through Alfie Taylor who broke through the home defence and fired through keeper Rob Mackney's legs. The Cooks went further in front from a corner on the half hour, Tom McGowan rising unchallenged to head home. St Ives pushed forward after the interval but Simon Claridge fired over from close range as their best opening went begging.

Cogenhoe United FA Cup Diss have been a bogey side for the Cooks over the years but this time round it was Cogenhoe who made cup progress. Jamie Russell's 32nd minute opener for Cogenhoe was matched by George Sturrock's reply for the Tangerines two minutes later. Dan Holman struck five minutes before the interval to reclaim the lead for Cogenhoe who went further in front through Alex Lowery after 52 minutes. Jason Hunt scored a second Diss goal three minutes past the hour but it was Cogenhoe's day.

Cogenhoe United FA Cup The Cooks were handed a drubbing in Suffolk as they exited the Wembley trail. Ian Dawson's fourth minute goal, a great strike from 30 yards, gave Cogenhoe an uphill task, but it was a second goal from Russell Stock who apped in after Nathan Stone's run on the hour which gave Kirkley a firm grip on the tie. Scott Manning scored Kirkley's third goal from 30 yards after 72 minutes with Rory French rounding off the scoring with a last minute fourth, chipping the ball over stranded keeper Darren Watts.

Cogenhoe United FA Vase This Sunday trip to Essex proved one to forget for Cogenhoe as they slumped to defeat from what seemed a match winning lead. Bradley Nobbs gave Tiptree a 25th minute lead but Dan Burke equalised for Cogenhoe in the dying seconds of the first half. A Damon Herbert brace after 52 and 65 minutes put the Cooks in charge, but the Jam Makers fought back and goals from Luke Hall after 75 minutes and Lol Smith nine minutes from time took proceedings into an additional half hour. The momentum was now with Tiptree and their comeback was completed by Eddie Hart's winner on 105 minutes.
